ACCOUNT

Customer access is prepared,
but still closed.

TipsEngine has an isolated customer-hub architecture for future verified accounts, support conversations and security audit history. Public signup and login are not enabled on the production site today.

Do not enter a password or payment information anywhere on TipsEngine today. There is no live public registration, login, password-reset, billing or Premium checkout form.

01 · CURRENT ACCESS

No public account session exists yet.

The production website does not expose registration, login, password recovery or account-management endpoints to public users.

The existing base application user table is not being presented as a live customer-account product.

02 · CLOSED-BETA DESIGN

The intended launch mode is controlled first.

The customer-hub architecture recommends a closed-beta release before open registration. This allows account verification, abuse controls, session handling, support workflow and recovery procedures to be certified with limited exposure.

Open registration should follow only after the closed-beta production path is accepted.

03 · IDENTITY CONTROLS

What the future account system is designed to require.

  • Verified ownership of the registered email address.
  • Secure password hashing, reset-token rotation and session revocation.
  • Rate limits for registration, sign-in, verification and recovery.
  • Versioned acceptance of privacy and terms where required.
  • Append-only security audit evidence for sensitive account actions.
  • Role separation between customers, support staff and administrators.

04 · EMAIL

Support email works; automated account mail is still off.

The public support@tipsengine.com mailbox has passed controlled delivery testing.

That does not mean account verification or password-reset email is released. Production customer outbox migrations and automated external delivery remain disabled pending their own replay, idempotency, receipt and privacy gates.

05 · DATABASE

Customer-hub production migrations remain pending.

The customer-hub and account-email-outbox schemas exist as tested candidates, but their production migrations have not been applied.

No public route is allowed to depend on those pending tables until the migration, rollback, recovery and privacy requirements are accepted.

06 · WHEN ACCESS OPENS

The site will say so explicitly.

When a real account release is approved, this page will be replaced with the certified registration/login experience and the Privacy Notice and Terms will be updated for account data.
