Terms for the current
free research preview.

These terms cover the public TipsEngine research website in its present form. They do not create a premium subscription contract because paid access and public customer accounts are not yet enabled.

Premium-specific purchase, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before any paid checkout is activated.

01 · OPERATOR

Service operator.

TipsEngine is operated by NewDator Sweden AB, organisation number 556949-1508, Byängsgränd 14, 120 40 Årsta, Sweden. Service questions can be sent to support@tipsengine.com.

02 · INFORMATIONAL USE

Research, not a promise of outcomes.

TipsEngine publishes football data, descriptive research and, only after separate certification, may publish model-qualified football selections. Information may be incomplete, delayed, corrected or withheld as coverage and evidence change.

Nothing on the current site is financial, legal or professional betting advice, and no football result or profit is guaranteed.

03 · ACCEPTABLE USE

Use the service without interfering with it.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to private infrastructure, accounts, credentials or non-public APIs.
  • Do not intentionally overload, disrupt, bypass rate limits or defeat technical access controls.
  • Do not misrepresent TipsEngine research, screenshots or data as an official guarantee, fixed match or certainty.
  • Automated extraction, redistribution or commercial reuse may be restricted where it harms the service, violates rights or bypasses published access methods.

04 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Product presentation and derived research.

The TipsEngine brand, site design, original written material, model outputs and derived research presentation are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Underlying third-party football facts and provider-supplied material remain subject to their own rights and terms.

05 · AVAILABILITY

The preview can change.

Features may be added, removed, corrected or temporarily unavailable. Research can be withheld when evidence is insufficient. The operator may restrict abusive or security-threatening access.

06 · LAW

Applicable law and mandatory rights.

These terms are intended to be governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes should first be raised with the operator through the support address.
