Privacy requests.

For privacy questions or requests relating to information you have sent to TipsEngine, use the support mailbox and write “Privacy” in the subject line. Identity verification may be required before a request involving personal data can be completed.

04 · SECURITY

Security reports.

For a suspected security issue, describe the affected page or feature, the observed behaviour and a safe way to reproduce it. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt the service or publish sensitive details before the issue can be reviewed.

05 · SUPPORT BOUNDARY

What is not live yet.

Public registration, premium checkout and customer login remain disabled. TipsEngine will not ask you to pay through an unofficial address or send credentials by email.
