01 · CONTROLLER

Who is responsible for the site.

NewDator Sweden AB, organisation number 556949-1508, Byängsgränd 14, 120 40 Årsta, Sweden, is the controller for personal data processed in operating the current TipsEngine public website.

Privacy enquiries and data-rights requests can be sent to support@tipsengine.com. A separate public privacy mailbox is not currently published.

02 · CURRENT DATA

What the public preview currently processes.

• Standard web-server and security logs may include network address, request date and time, requested route, HTTP method and response status, referring information and user-agent/browser information.
• If you email support, the operator processes the sender address, message content, timestamps and related delivery/correspondence metadata needed to handle the enquiry.
• The current frontend contains no public account registration, payment checkout or newsletter signup.
• The audited public routes set no browser cookies and the frontend loads no Google Analytics, advertising pixels or other third-party browser analytics/tracking scripts.

03 · PURPOSE & LEGAL BASIS

Why that limited information is used.

Web-server and security logs are used to deliver, protect, troubleshoot and maintain the service. The current legal basis is the operator's legitimate interests in running a secure, reliable public website and preventing abuse.

Support correspondence is used to answer enquiries, maintain necessary service history and handle security or privacy matters. The current basis is the legitimate interest in responding to service requests; where a request concerns statutory data-protection rights, processing may also be necessary to meet a legal obligation.

The current preview does not rely on consent for advertising or analytics cookies because those activities are not active.

04 · COOKIES & TRACKING

No tracking-cookie banner is needed for the current build.

The audited public routes do not set browser cookies. The frontend does not load advertising pixels, behavioural marketing trackers or third-party analytics scripts, and application fonts are bundled locally.

If account sessions, analytics, advertising or other cookie-based functions are introduced later, this notice and any required consent or cookie controls must be updated before release.

05 · RETENTION

Current request logs are short-lived.

The production Nginx web server is configured to rotate access and error logs daily and retain 14 rotated log files before expiry. These logs are used for service reliability, security investigation and infrastructure operations.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain necessary service records or meet applicable legal obligations. A customer-account retention schedule is not active because public accounts are disabled.

06 · PROVIDERS

Current infrastructure and support-mail providers.

TipsEngine is hosted on Hetzner server infrastructure in Nuremberg, Germany. Standard public web requests reach that infrastructure.

The verified support@tipsengine.com mailbox is hosted using Zoho Mail. Zoho processes information you choose to send by email under the applicable provider relationship and safeguards.

Automated public customer email is not enabled. Normal application mail delivery remains disabled or log-only for the current public service.

07 · YOUR RIGHTS

GDPR rights apply where their conditions are met.

Depending on the processing and circumstances, you may have rights to information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can exercise applicable rights by contacting support@tipsengine.com. TipsEngine may need to verify identity before acting on a request involving personal data.

08 · AUTOMATED DECISIONS

Football models do not make decisions about visitors.

TipsEngine models analyse football fixtures, teams and related sporting evidence. They do not make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about public website visitors.

Before signup, customer-hub messaging, premium subscriptions, payments or automated customer email are enabled, this notice must be revised for the new personal-data flows.
