TipsEngine separates observed football research, experimental public Beta Tips and future certified publication. Each layer has its own rules; evidence from one layer is not silently promoted into another.
01 · ABOUT
Three publication layers, kept separate.
TipsEngine organizes observed match, team, league, manager and referee evidence into versioned behavioural profiles. The descriptive layer is already public. A separate experimental Beta layer now publishes only candidates that pass Beta Qualification Protocol v1. Certified tips remain locked behind the preregistered forward-evidence gate.
Beta Tips are experimental football forecasts, not certified performance claims. TipsEngine does not infer profitability, betting edge or ROI without real recorded economics.
02 · METHODOLOGY
Observed evidence with explicit missingness.
Provider responses are normalized and retained with source lineage.
Missing values are never converted to observed zeroes.
Snapshots are immutable, model-versioned and tied to exact manifests.
Descriptive percentiles describe behaviour, not guaranteed quality.
Beta Index is the arithmetic mean of frozen V1 and V2 market indexes.
Only support-qualified future fixtures may enter the Beta candidate pool.
When evidence cannot support a stronger claim, the output is withheld or labelled candidate-only.
Detailed model versions, windows, support counts, qualification checks and immutable proof identifiers are exposed wherever the public authority supports them.
03 · EDITORIAL POLICY
Observation, Beta forecast and certification are distinct.
Observed facts must trace back to stored provider evidence.
Derived labels must identify their model or protocol context.
A Beta candidate is never called a Beta Tip unless every frozen qualification check passes.
Scores settle only from eligible full-time regulation results.
Losses remain visible in the public Beta ledger.
Corrections require a new version or documented source repair; history is not silently rewritten.
04 · PRIVACY
Minimal collection by design.
The current public service sets no browser cookies and loads no advertising or analytics trackers. Standard server request logs and support email are the principal visitor-related data flows currently in scope.
The current service is free. TipsEngine does not accept wagers, execute bets, operate public customer accounts or sell Premium subscriptions yet. Beta Tips remain experimental research outputs.
Certification, SEO and commerce remain separate gates.
Qualified Beta Tips and their public results ledger are live.
Certified model selection and official market thresholds remain locked.
Football-tip pages remain noindex until the separate certified/SEO gate is approved.
Public accounts, Premium sales and payments remain disabled pending separate release approval.

BETA QUALIFICATION PROTOCOL V1 · FROZEN
A candidate must clear the rule before it can be called a tip.
Protocol v1 was frozen on 29 September 2026 before any qualified Beta result settled. For each market, the candidate must meet or exceed its frozen Beta Index floor and remain at or below its frozen V1/V2 disagreement ceiling. Correct-score markets must additionally rank among the top two tracked exact scores for that fixture.
Passing Beta Qualification v1 does not certify long-run accuracy, profitability or model superiority. The public Beta record is observational. V1/V2 model certification remains governed by the separate preregistered forward-validation protocol.
