01 · ABOUT
A certified intelligence foundation for future qualified tips.
TipsEngine organizes observed match, team, league, manager and referee evidence into versioned behavioural profiles. The current certified descriptive layer does not yet publish betting advice, odds or expected winners; any future tips layer requires separate validated models, settlement evidence and explicit product certification.
The public product is limited to current Tier A and Tier B authorities. Tier C, unknown-confidence and insufficient-evidence records are excluded from publication.
02 · METHODOLOGY
Observed evidence with explicit missingness.
- Provider responses are normalized and retained with source lineage.
- Missing values are never converted to observed zeroes.
- Snapshots are immutable, model-versioned and tied to exact manifests.
- Peer-relative percentiles describe behaviour, not absolute quality.
- Sample, coverage and confidence floors determine publication eligibility.
- When evidence cannot support a claim, the output is withheld.
Detailed model versions, window dates, sample metadata and manifest identifiers are exposed on research surfaces wherever the authority supports them.
03 · EDITORIAL POLICY
Separate observation from interpretation.
- Fact labels must be traceable to stored provider observations.
- Derived labels must identify their model and evidence window.
- Scores appear as completed facts only after FT, AET or PEN status.
- No fraud, manipulation, intent or causal allegation is inferred from unusual data.
- No predictive phrasing may be introduced into descriptive comparison surfaces.
- Corrections require a new version or documented source repair; history is not silently rewritten.
04 · PRIVACY DRAFT
Minimal collection by design.
TipsEngine is operated by NewDator Sweden AB, Swedish organisation number 556949-1508, Byängsgränd 14, 120 40 Årsta, Sweden.
The current private research build has no public accounts, payments, newsletters, advertising profiles or user-submitted football data. Infrastructure may produce limited security and operational logs such as request time, route, status, user agent and network address.
Before public account registration is enabled, this section will specify the public privacy contact, hosting and email processors, retention periods, lawful bases, account-data lifecycle and applicable user-rights procedure. No unsupported privacy promise is made before those facts are confirmed.
05 · USAGE TERMS DRAFT
Informational research with bounded claims.
Published material is intended for general informational and research use. It is not financial, betting, legal or professional sporting advice. Football observations can be incomplete, delayed, corrected or withheld as coverage changes.
The service operator is NewDator Sweden AB, Swedish organisation number 556949-1508, Byängsgränd 14, 120 40 Årsta, Sweden. Automated extraction, redistribution, commercial reuse, service interference and attempts to access private infrastructure may be restricted in the final terms. The public contact, governing-law wording and effective date remain to be completed before launch.
06 · LAUNCH DISCLOSURES
Required before public release.
- Canonical domain confirmed as tipsengine.com; apex is canonical and www will redirect to apex.
- Create and verify the public support/privacy contact on that domain.
- Complete privacy retention, account lifecycle and processor disclosures.
- Finalize terms, governing-law wording and effective date.
- Real-hostname HTTPS acceptance passed on 19 September 2026; owner visual review remains.

The legal operator is confirmed and HTTPS exposure is owner-authorized. Until the remaining items are supplied and certified, TipsEngine remains a private, non-indexable research build.
